Industrial electronics maintenance

MS715 - 35 hours

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Understand the failure modes of complex equipment with a better understanding of patterns of electrical and electronic failures.

Become familiar with troubleshooting mechanisms and basic electronic schemes used on equipment.

Understand the interaction between flows during diag-nosis and integrate the concepts of electromagnetic coupling.

Learn about the system tolerance and components to make the decision whether to replace a subassembly.

Identify the defective component (electronic card…) on equipment.

Identify the intervention phases on electronic equip-ment with information of technical file, of customer file.

Isolate a sensor or module of machine in order to vali-date it.

Use the specific metrology when it’s necessary to confirm a failure.

Diagnose the failures in related to electronic flow in line with the aspects of failure rate.

Connect electronic failures with aspects of failure rate.

Take into account the weaknesses and recurrent wear of some parts.

This training will lead you to develop a diagnostic strategy by relying on your knowledge, your experi-ence of the equipment, the information given by the indicators of the machine, the scheme, the metrologi-cal tools…

The trainees will be sensitized to the use of metrology associated with each flow and their secure implemen-tation.

The standard AFNOR FD X60-000 industrial maintenance

has defined 5 levels of maintenance. This training concerns

the first and the second level.

Thus, the trainees will be more efficient and faster on diagnoses.

WHO WILL BENEFIT MOST

Maintenance technicians and engineers working on the equipment of production, laboratory and metrology.
